Who we were ....

Inland Hobby Tools was started in 1994 as Sandy's Hobby Tools at the Pendergrass Flea Market.

Who we are now ....

In 1998, we changed our name to Inland Hobby Tools, and the business became a partnership between Sandy Bayer and Rebecca Lee.  At that time, we branched out into mail order and the World Wide Web.

In 2000, our online business had grown to the point that we had to say "goodbye" to the flea market.  We've missed the customers and other dealers we enjoyed knowing over the years, but it was time to move on and devote more time and energy to our online customers.

All this and eBay, too!

Soon after we opened our online store, we also started selling on the premier online auction site, eBay.    And now, we're proud to announced that we've achieved eBay PowerSeller status!  If you'd like to see what we're selling there, click here.  We welcome you to our auctions and eBay storefront!

Since the beginning, thousands of shoppers have become our customers, whether at the flea market or on the Web.   We look forward now, in 2003, to making hundreds of tools available to you.
