How to order if you live outside the United States

Because of the difference in international shipping costs,  we ask that you browse our online store and then email us at the link below, stating what items you wish and the cost of each of those items.  We will then email you with your total cost, including shipping, and give you a link to the secure credit-card processing PayPal service.

We accept payment by:
PayPal, BidPay, international postal money order in U.S. funds, or cash in U.S. currency (although we do not advise sending currency through the mail).  Unfortunately, if we are sent any form of payment, whether a bank draft or money order, which we are charged for cashing or depositing into our bank account, we will have to return it to the sender and cancel the purchase.)

PayPal -- PayPal is our preferred means of payment.  They accept international credit-card payments now and are fast, easy and secure for both the buyer and the seller.  The seller is notified of your payment (but never sees your credit-card information) and can ship your purchase without delay.  If you're not signed up with them, you can sign up now by following the link below.

 

International Money Orders in U.S. Funds, Bank Drafts, Checks or Cash -- We accept U.S. currency only.   We prefer international postal money orders, which can be cashed by the U.S. Postal Service.  Any money order, bank draft, check or other form of payment which requires us to pay for cashing or depositing it into our bank account, however, will be returned to the sender, and the purchase will be canceled.  Although you may send cash in U.S. currency, we wish to remind you that this is not a secure form of payment, and we cannot be responsible for any lost or misdelivered mail.

Shipping Charges:
We ship to virtually all our U.S. customers by the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail or First Class Mail.  Some items we sell, such as dental tools, can be shipped by Global Priority Mail in a flat-rate envelope and costs little more than shipping within the United States.  Other items must be shipped by Airmail Letter-post or Economy (Surface/Ground Mai) designation and will cost a variable amount, depending upon weight.  Larger packages will also be shipped via "best way."
