At Inland Hobby Tools, we have a very simple refund policy.  In fact, it's so simple, we state it on our home page.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Purchase something from us and you don't like it?  Return it to us, and we'll replace it, exchange it for something else, or refund your money.   We'd like for you to email or call us in case there's a problem we can clear up first, but we're very friendly about it.  We're customers, too, so we know what it's like to be a customer.  And if it's an item you believe to be defective, we'll even pay for the return shipping.

We're proud of our satisfaction-guaranteed policy.  We had it when we ran our flea-market booth in North Georgia, and we have it now on the World Wide Web.  All we want are happy customers.
